All orders placed with The Trending Label are subject to the following shipping terms.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may be extended during busy periods or product launches.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Trending Label is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once handed over to the courier. Any claims must be raised directly with the courier service.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
