At The Trending Label, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer a size exchange if your item does not fit.

Size exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must remain attached

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
How to Request a Size Exchange

Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
